Custom Plan Explained
Get started in 3 simple steps

1. Choose the number of weeks
Choose from 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20 weeks to match the time until your race date.

2. Tell me about your running goals
Consult with me to discuss your running background and your goals.

3. Start training towards your goal
Allow for up to 7 days for the plan to be built and start training toward your goal.
