I’ve been an endurance athlete since the age of 14. It all started with mountain biking and triathlon, but eventually, I found running the most rewarding sport. On the amateur level, I have competed (and won awards) in distances ranging from the 400m sprint all the way to the marathon on as little as 4 – 5 running days/week.
